OPEN INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR AN EXTERNAL EXPERT EVALUATOR

 

The consortium behind the EU-funded DIGNITY project (Enhancing Domiciliary Palliative Care through European Vocational Education and Training Excellence) has officially launched an open call for an External Expert Evaluator.

Coordinated by INOVA+ (Quality Assurance Leader) and the Polytechnic University of Beja (IPBeja, Project Coordinator), the subcontracted evaluator will conduct an independent assessment of the project’s quality, technical deliverables, and overall impact between November 2026 and August 2028.

Scope of Responsibility & Candidate Profile

The External Evaluator will play a pivotal role in ensuring that DIGNITY’s outputs—such as the newly developed Joint Transnational VET Qualification, occupational roadmaps, syllabi, and pilot implementation reports—meet the highest standards of educational quality and sectoral relevance:

  • Independent evaluation: Apply robust qualitative and quantitative methods (surveys, document reviews, focus groups) to assess project outcomes against established quality standards.

  • Project meetings & reporting: Attend selected transnational partner meetings in person to engage with consortium members and deliver mid-term (April 2027) and final (July 2028) evaluation reports.

  • Required expertise: Proven track record in evaluating EU-funded projects (specifically Erasmus+ VET actions) with strong knowledge of European qualifications frameworks (EQF, ECVET, EQAVET). Background in palliative care, nursing, or healthcare education is highly preferred.

  • Signed Financial Offer detailing daily rates, travel allowances, and VAT.

  • Signed Declaration of Absence of Conflict of Interest with all consortium partners.
